Terms of service

Last updated: October 16, 2026

OVERVIEW

Welcome to REHONAVÉ! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Maison de mode REHONAVÉ, trading as REHONAVÉ. REHONAVÉ operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). REHONAVÉ is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The terms and conditions below, together with the policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about purchases, cancellations, intellectual property, warranties and liability.

Your use of the Services and purchases are subject to these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with the Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services or place an order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right, legal warranty, obligation or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Where a provision conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable law, that requirement prevails.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province, territory or state of residence, or otherwise have the legal capacity and authorisation necessary to enter into the transaction.

To use certain Services, including purchasing products or creating an account, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing, payment and shipping information. You represent that the information you provide is correct, current and complete and that you have the rights necessary to provide it.

You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to maintain the security of your account credentials. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Responsibility for unauthorised transactions will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to another person without our prior written consent.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. However, colours and product appearance may differ slightly depending on the device you use and its settings and configuration.

Natural materials may exhibit subtle variations in colour, texture or weave. These characteristics do not affect your right to receive products that conform to their description and applicable legal warranties.

Product descriptions, availability and collection offerings may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit quantities offered for future purchases, subject to applicable law. Changes to a product listing do not retrospectively alter the description, price or other agreed terms of an existing purchase.

Our online store currently accepts orders for delivery within Canada and the United States. Pre-order products are identified on their product pages.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. You will have the opportunity to review your selected items, quantities, delivery information and total price and to correct errors before confirming your purchase.

After an order is placed, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided. The formation and enforceability of the purchase contract are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms postpones or excludes the formation of a contract where the law provides otherwise.

We may need to verify payment or contact information or address an issue involving suspected fraud, unauthorised payment or unavailable stock. Any refusal, amendment or cancellation of an order will be handled in accordance with applicable law. We will notify you if an issue affects your order and will not substitute products or increase the agreed price without your consent.

If we cancel an order for which payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items, including applicable taxes and associated charges.

You may cancel an item before it has been dispatched by emailing info@rehonave.com with your order number and the item you wish to cancel. Eligibility is determined by whether the item has been dispatched when we receive your request, rather than when we respond. This applies to both in-stock and pre-order items.

For orders containing separate shipments, you may cancel any item that has not yet been dispatched. Refunds for cancelled items will include the applicable taxes and import charges collected for those items and will be issued to the original payment method promptly and within any period required by law.

Once an item has been dispatched, our Returns Policy applies, without limiting any statutory cancellation or refund right.

Your purchases are subject to our Returns Policy and applicable law. Our voluntary return period is 14 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions stated in that policy. This period does not restrict remedies relating to defective, misdescribed or undelivered products.

You represent that your purchases are for personal or household use, including gifts, and not for commercial resale without our prior written agreement.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions may change for future purchases. The price applicable to your order is the price agreed at the time of purchase and set out in your order confirmation, subject to applicable law.

Canadian orders are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). U.S. orders are charged in U.S. dollars (USD). The applicable currency and total amount payable are displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

We offer complimentary standard tracked shipping to Canada and the United States. Applicable sales taxes and any duties or import taxes collected with your order are itemised at checkout. Please review the order summary before completing payment.

For U.S. orders, the checkout summary identifies any duties and import taxes collected as part of your purchase. Where these charges are collected at checkout, the shipment is arranged with those charges prepaid. If you receive an unexpected request for an import payment, please contact us so that we can investigate and address it.

We will not add undisclosed charges to an existing order without your express agreement.

Prices offered through our online store may differ from prices offered by third-party retailers. We may offer promotions governed by additional terms disclosed before purchase. Those terms apply to the relevant promotion, subject to applicable law and without retrospectively altering an existing order.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information and to update your contact information where necessary so that we can complete your transaction and contact you.

You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Payment is collected as disclosed at checkout and in accordance with applicable law. Pre-orders require full payment at checkout unless otherwise expressly stated on the product page. Nothing in these Terms authorises advance collection using a payment method prohibited by applicable law.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Standard tracked shipping is complimentary.

In-stock items are dispatched within 2–3 business days after an order is placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays observed in Québec. This processing period does not include carrier transit time.

Orders are initially shipped through Canada Post using tracked services. Any different delivery arrangement will be disclosed before purchase or agreed with you. Tracking information is provided when each shipment is dispatched.

Pre-order items are dispatched according to the estimated date or timeframe stated on their product pages. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items ship separately. In-stock items are dispatched within our standard processing window, while pre-order items ship when ready. There is no additional standard shipping charge for these split shipments, and separate tracking information is provided for each shipment.

Carrier transit times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances such as customs processing, weather or service interruptions. These estimates do not exclude our responsibilities or your rights concerning late or undelivered goods.

If we cannot dispatch an item within the stated timeframe, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate where available and explain your options. We will obtain your consent to a delay where required by law. You may cancel an unshipped item for a refund rather than accept the delay. Where the law requires cancellation and a refund in the absence of consent, we will comply.

If a parcel appears lost, arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law. Transferring a parcel to a carrier does not, by itself, discharge our obligation to deliver your purchase.

Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for further information.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, video, audio, and their design, selection and arrangement, are owned by REHONAVÉ or the relevant rights holders, or are used under licence. They are protected by Canadian, U.S. and other applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Customer-submitted content remains subject to the ownership and permissions described in Section 11. Its appearance on our website does not mean that we own all rights in that content.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Except as permitted by law or these Terms, you must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish or commercially exploit protected material from the Services without the relevant rights holder’s permission.

You may download or print information reasonably necessary for your personal shopping use and to retain records of your purchases, including product descriptions, order confirmations, policies and these Terms. Ordinary browser caching and lawful accessibility functions are also permitted.

Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms grants a licence or other rights under any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property belonging to REHONAVÉ, Shopify or a third party. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by their respective owners.

REHONAVÉ’s names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks or other protected identifiers of REHONAVÉ or the relevant rights holders. You must not use them in a manner requiring permission without obtaining that permission.

Shopify’s name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans belong to Shopify. Other names, logos and trademarks appearing on the Services belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may be provided with access to optional tools offered by third parties as part of the Services. We may not control the operation of those tools.

Please review any applicable third-party terms before using an optional tool. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make additional warranties about independently operated optional tools beyond those expressly stated.

Nothing in this section excludes our responsibility for our own acts or omissions, the performance of our sales contracts, or functions supplied through third parties for which we remain responsible under applicable law.

We may introduce new features, tools and resources through the Services. These Terms will apply to those features, together with any additional terms properly disclosed and accepted where required.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services may contain materials and hyperlinks to websites provided or operated by third parties.

We do not control independent third-party websites and do not necessarily endorse their content. Please review their policies and practices before providing information or entering into a transaction with them.

Questions concerning a purchase made directly from an independent third-party business should generally be directed to that business. However, the use of third-party links, embedded functionality or service providers does not remove our obligations for purchases made from REHONAVÉ or exclude any responsibility imposed on us by law.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

REHONAVÉ is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with REHONAVÉ.

Shopify provides the commerce platform and is not the seller of REHONAVÉ products. Questions about your order, delivery, cancellation, return or product should be directed to REHONAVÉ using the contact information below.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for REHONAVÉ’s performance of its sales contracts. Nothing in these Terms releases Shopify or any other person from a responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits rights you may have under applicable law or a separate agreement with that person.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected through the Services is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Certain processing by Shopify is also described in Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy, available at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify processes information relating to access to and use of the Services. Information may be shared with Shopify and other service providers, including providers located outside your province or country, as described in our Privacy Policy and subject to applicable law.

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about the personal information collected, the purposes for which it is used, disclosures, safeguards and your rights.

Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute blanket consent to optional marketing, advertising or other processing for which separate consent is required.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK

If you voluntarily submit reviews, suggestions or other content expressly intended for publication or use in improving the Services (“Feedback”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display and publish that Feedback for those purposes.

We may permit service providers to process or display Feedback on our behalf where reasonably necessary for those purposes. We will not materially change the meaning of a review or present it misleadingly.

This licence does not apply to private customer-care correspondence, payment information, order details or other communications not submitted for publication. The use of personal information remains subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Any use requiring additional consent will be subject to that consent.

You represent that you own or have the rights necessary to submit your Feedback, that it reflects your genuine experience where applicable, and that you disclose any incentive or compensation relevant to a review.

Unless separately agreed or required by law, submitting Feedback does not entitle you to compensation or require us to adopt a suggestion.

We may monitor or remove Feedback that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, unrelated to the relevant product or service, or infringes another person’s rights. We will not suppress a review merely because it expresses a negative opinion.

Your Feedback must not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, contain malicious code, impersonate another person, or mislead others as to its origin. You are responsible for the content you submit, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally, information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to matters such as product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping information or availability.

We may correct errors and update information for future purchases. If an error affects an existing order, we will contact you and address the matter in accordance with applicable law.

This section does not give us an unrestricted right to cancel a completed purchase, charge more than the agreed or legally applicable price, or disregard binding product descriptions and representations. Any cancellation or amendment will be subject to applicable law and any consent required from you.

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES

You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not access or use the Services, directly or indirectly:

(a) for an unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purpose;

(b) to violate applicable international, federal, provincial, territorial, state or local law;

(c) to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of another person;

(d) to threaten, unlawfully harass, abuse or defame another person;

(e) to submit fraudulent or materially misleading information;

(f) to transmit material that violates these Terms or another person’s rights;

(g) to send unsolicited advertising, spam or similar solicitations;

(h) to impersonate another person or entity; or

(i) to interfere with the lawful use, security or operation of the Services.

In addition, you agree not to upload malicious code, collect another person’s personal information without lawful authority, engage in phishing, or bypass access controls or security measures.

You must not reproduce, extract, sell or commercially exploit protected content without permission or another lawful basis. Automated access must comply with Section 14 and must not impair the Services, infringe rights or circumvent applicable restrictions.

These restrictions do not prohibit ordinary browsing, lawful accessibility tools, retaining purchase records, truthful reviews or other activities protected by law.

We may restrict access in accordance with Section 15.

SECTION 14 - AGENTS

14.1 This section (“Agent Terms”) applies if you use, allow, enable or cause the deployment of an Agent to access, use or interact with the Services. “Agent” means software or a service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, a person or entity without direct supervision of each action.

14.2 An Agent may access or interact with the Services only in accordance with these Terms and any lawful technical restrictions communicated through the Services. An Agent must cease access if we request it to do so for legitimate security, operational or legal reasons.

14.3 We may use technical measures to limit whether and how Agents access or interact with the Services.

14.4 Agents must: (i) identify themselves in HTTP or HTTPS requests by including “Agent/[agent name]” in the user-agent string; (ii) not conceal automated activity or misrepresent it as human activity; (iii) respond truthfully to prompts intended to distinguish automated from human interaction; and (iv) not circumvent CAPTCHAs, access controls or measures restricting automated activity.

14.5 An Agent may place an order or provide information on your behalf only with appropriate authorisation. Use of an Agent does not waive applicable consumer protections, payment protections or requirements for valid consent.

SECTION 15 - TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to an account or part of the Services where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful activity, security threats or a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice.

You remain responsible for amounts lawfully due for purchases already made. Suspension or termination of website access does not cancel an existing purchase or relieve us of obligations concerning delivery, refunds, legal warranties or other consumer rights.

The following sections continue to apply after termination to the extent relevant and lawful: Intellectual Property, Privacy Policy, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Governing Law, and any other provision that by its nature should survive termination.

SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We take reasonable care in preparing information on the Services. General editorial information is provided for informational purposes and is distinct from binding product descriptions, purchase terms and representations concerning our products.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that access to the website will always be uninterrupted or free from technical errors. We may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, updates or security purposes.

OUR PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LEGAL WARRANTIES. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS DISCLAIMS MANDATORY WARRANTIES CONCERNING QUALITY, FITNESS FOR NORMAL USE, REASONABLE DURABILITY, TITLE OR CONFORMITY WITH DESCRIPTION.

For Québec consumers, products must meet the requirements of applicable legal warranties, including reasonable durability having regard to their price, contractual terms and conditions of use.

Please follow the care instructions supplied with each garment. Ordinary wear, accidental damage and damage caused by improper care are assessed separately from defects in materials or manufacture. Any concern will be assessed according to its circumstances and applicable law.

Website availability qualifications do not limit our obligations concerning products you purchase or remedies available under applicable law.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including responsibility for our own acts or those of our representatives where such an exclusion is prohibited.

In particular, these Terms do not exclude liability for intentional or gross fault, bodily or moral injury where applicable, breach of mandatory legal warranties, or failure to provide a refund or other remedy required by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, REHONAVÉ is not responsible for business losses arising from use of the Services for unauthorised commercial purposes, including lost commercial profits or business opportunities. This provision does not limit a consumer’s right to recover damages or obtain another remedy available under applicable law.

The existence and extent of any liability involving REHONAVÉ, Shopify or another service provider will be determined under applicable law. No provision of these Terms creates a blanket release from responsibility for products, payments, delivery or other contractual obligations.

SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate REHONAVÉ for reasonable losses and costs awarded by a competent court, or included in a settlement you approve, arising from a third-party claim directly caused by your intentional unlawful misuse of the Services or your knowing infringement of that third party’s rights.

This provision does not apply merely because you browse the website, make a purchase, submit a genuine complaint, exercise consumer rights or use the Services lawfully. It does not require you to compensate us for our own fault or the fault of our representatives.

We will notify you of a claim for which we seek compensation under this section and give you a reasonable opportunity to participate in its defence. We will not agree to a settlement imposing payment or other obligations on you without your consent.

Any obligation concerning legal fees or costs remains subject to applicable law.

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will apply only to the extent permitted by law or will be treated as severed where appropriate.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent that the agreement can lawfully operate without the affected provision. Severance does not reduce any mandatory consumer protection.

SECTION 20 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to exercise or enforce a right or provision of these Terms does not, by itself, constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with the applicable product description, order details, expressly agreed terms and policies incorporated into your purchase, form the agreement governing that purchase and the relevant use of the Services.

Nothing in this section excludes a representation, statement, warranty or other obligation that is binding under applicable law. Updated Terms do not retrospectively replace the terms applicable to an earlier purchase.

Any doubt or ambiguity will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law, including the rules favouring consumers where those rules apply.

SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer your account or assign contractual obligations to another person without our prior written consent, except where permitted by law. This does not prevent you from giving a purchased product as a gift or exercising transferable rights provided by law.

We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations in connection with a legitimate business reorganisation, transfer or sale, subject to applicable law and any required notice or consent.

An assignment will not reduce your existing consumer rights or increase your obligations under an existing purchase without a lawful basis. Personal information involved in a business transfer will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and purchases made through the Services are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to any mandatory protections applicable in the jurisdiction where you reside.

Nothing in these Terms deprives you of a right to bring proceedings before a court having jurisdiction under applicable consumer-protection rules, or requires you to waive access to a court or a legally available collective remedy.

Customers outside Québec retain any mandatory rights and remedies applicable to their transactions under the laws that govern those rights.

SECTION 23 - HEADINGS

The headings used in these Terms are included for convenience and do not limit or otherwise alter the meaning of the provisions.

SECTION 24 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

You can review the current version of these Terms at any time on this page. The date above indicates the latest revision.

We may update these Terms for future purchases and future use of the Services. We will provide notice and obtain consent where required by applicable law.

Changes will not retrospectively alter an existing purchase unless required by law or expressly agreed with you. The Terms applicable when your order was placed continue to govern that purchase.

Continued use of the website will not be treated as consent to a change where express consent or another procedure is required by law.
